Rule 117B
Employee Relations Committee

(1) In order to improve the civil service in a timely manner and make it people-oriented, to improve the morale of the employees and to develop a good work culture, the following committee will exist to give suggestions and implement the current issues:-
(a) General Administration Minister Chairman
(b) Chief Secretary Member
(c) Secretary Member of the Ministry of General Administration
(d) Secretary Member of the Ministry of Labor and Employment
(e) Secretary Member of the Ministry of Finance (f) Chairman and General Secretary member of the official trade union
(2) Committee meetings will be convened by the Chairman as required.
(3) If a written request is submitted to the president to call a meeting after a majority decision of the central working committee of the official trade union, the president may call the meeting within fifteen days of receiving the request.
(4) The procedure of the committee shall be as determined by the committee itself.
